SiXuanYang Marine Consulting Limited in Dalian is our fully-owned sister company from where we cover the entire Chinese territory. Using the advantage of our presence in China we intervene personally on site performing the surveys ourselves, not via subcontracted surveyors.

Due to our presence in Hong Kong we are in the same time zone as other Asian countries. This allows us to follow directly the survey work performed by our agents. While the surveyor is still on site, we can intervene in timely manner and give appropriate instructions.
Marine (cargo) surveying was developed in Northwestern Europe where it reached a high level of maturity. We are well versed in this tradition as we trained at P&I and cargo surveying companies in Northwest Europe before joining 3P-Marine Consulting.

3P-Marine Consulting in Hong Kong also operates worldwide through a network of selected specialists performing surveys on all continents.
Working worldwide is not easy. Sometimes the quality of the survey work is not completely up to standard. To verify whether correct survey procedures and methods are followed, we remain in close contact with the local surveyor during the different stages of the survey and together work out the best possible approach.

Objectivity and neutrality can be best guaranteed when the review of the survey report is done by an external third party. We have several years experience reviewing marine survey reports and know which qualities a good report should have. We work together with the local surveyor and bring the survey report up to standard.
