3P-Marine Consulting Limited in Hong Kong (China) is managed by a European-Chinese team specializing in marine surveys and cargo claims worldwide and in Asia (all Asian countries except mainland China).

SiXuanYang Marine Consulting Limited is our sister company registered in Dalian (China) involved in marine cargo surveys and cargo claims in China.

We hold master degrees in maritime law & insurance and port & ship technology. Our professional careers started in marine related fields such as freight forwarding, logistics, procurement and trading. Before setting up 3P-Marine Consulting and SiXuanYang Marine Consulting we worked several years in Europe and Asia at European and North American marine surveying and loss adjusting companies where we gained relevant experience in worldwide claim coordination, survey report review and coaching of surveyors.

We have been dealing with steel (coils, plates, wire rod, tire cord, re bars..), bulk (soy beans, wheat, sugar, coal), bagged cargo (cocoa, coffee, sugar, milk powder, whey, rice, cotton), reefers (frozen and chilled fish and meat, foodstuffs, fresh fruit), liquid containers (flexi bags and ISO tanks), chemicals, pharmaceuticals, polymers, paper, stone slabs, glass sheets, machines & machinery parts...
